So we are able to allow plenty of time for each guest, we have compiled the most important points about our Move & Relax offers here:
- Reserve in advance: Please let us know as soon as you do when and what offer you would like to avail of. Appointments can be arranged at Reception or via our App.
- Arrive on time: Please always arrive five minutes before your treatment in the Move & Relax area, so there are no delays and we have plenty of time available for every guest.
- Let us know about cancellations: If you want to cancel an appointment, please let is know 24 hours prior to your planned treatment time. In the event of late cancellation, we have to charge 100 % of the price.
