The advertisement is deceiving- we thought we booked at the lakeside resort and there is nothing in the advertisement to the contrary. This started the visit poorly, as we were disappointed. The sink in our room leaked our whole stay. We asked for maintenance to fix the leak and a gentleman came immediately, but did not fix the leak and actually made it worse. It was unfortunate because anytime we used the sink it leaked all over the bathroom floor and was dangerous. We used all towels keeping the floor as dry and safe as possible, and when we asked for additional towels we were given two—for four people in a room where the sink leaked like a river. Most disappointing. A positive was that we got front row seats at the lakeside hotel on Saturday. Anyone booking should be sure to understand that there are two properties—even with paying for a view. One is actually on the lake and the other is across the street. Be sure to double check what you reserve.
